1. Subject of the agreement

These terms govern the use of the RIFT platform — a service for detecting cheats, bots and fraud in online games. The platform is provided as software under a SaaS model (“software as a service”).

2. Accounts

To use the service you create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• •Immediately report account compromise
• •Follow the rules for employees and roles

3. Acceptable use

The RIFT platform is intended solely for protecting fair play. You undertake not to use the service to find and bypass protections, or to process data in an improper manner.

Using the platform for purposes contrary to its intended use results in account suspension without a refund.

4. Payment

Plans are paid in advance for the billing period. Charges are made automatically until the subscription is cancelled. Fees for an unused period are not refunded unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. RIFT does not guarantee one-hundred-percent protection against all forms of bypass and is not liable for damage related to the actions of cheaters and third parties, unless the harm arose through the platform’s fault.
